We will replace any product that has a defect in workmanship.We are not responsible for design changes made by manufacturers on pins or patches. Incorrect orders will corrected upon the items return.  Lost orders may be replaced without USPS returning the lost article upon approval of management.Backorder notices are sent if order has not been fulfilled after more than 2 weeks.  Thank you
