We will replace any product that has a defect in workmanship.We are not responsible for design,color,or size changes made by manufacturers,or military changes on pins or patches.  Lost orders may be replaced without USPS returning the lost article upon approval of management.Backorder notices are sent if order has not been fulfilled after more than 2 weeks.We are not responsible for delays due to inclement weather.  Thank you

Cancelations are permitted  only within 24 hours of purchase If approved by management.Ball caps and Lanyards ship in 7-14 business days on average.

Electronic items and custom orders are not returnable.
